Spooky Hollow Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients⌗
- 1 pie crust, unbaked
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp ground cinammon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp finely ground black pepper
Instructions⌗
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In a mixing bowl, add sugar, salt, and spices. Add eggs and stir well.
- Add pumpkin and milk, mix until fully combined.
- Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake on 450 for 10 minutes; IT IS IMPORTANT TO TIME. Lower heat to 325.
- Bake approximately 35 minutes longer, until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream on top.
Makes 1 pie.
